[NEWS] Depeche Mode 2023 Tour, Shows Added

Depeche Mode has added new shows to the North American tour that begins in March. The extra dates kick off in Mexico in late summer and run through to mid-December, with stops in most major cities on the coasts and a few in between.

The tour, which includes a spot at Primavera 2023, promotes the new album Memento Mori, out March 24 via Columbia. It is the band’s first album in five years, and the first since the death last year of founding member Andy “Fletch” Fletcher. “Fletch would have loved this album,” Dave Gahan said in press materials. “We’re really looking forward to sharing it with you soon, and we can’t wait to present it to you live at the shows next year.” Memento Mori follows Depeche Mode’s 2017 LP, Spirit. A single from the record, “Ghosts Again,” is out now.
